    If an item(s) is on backorder we will attempt to contact you either by phone or email to notify you that the item(s) that you ordered is on backorder.

    Once the item becomes available we will ship the item(s)

    We work very hard to try to keep our customers happy with NO shipping and handling costs.

    Due to increasing shipping charges by shipping carriers it may not always be possible to offer free shipping.

    If this is the cases our site will always be updated to such changes.

    For Phone Orders there will be a service handling fee of $8.00 additionally added to your order.

    Customers have up to 14 days after receipt of order to submit a return request. This return request must be done via email to Hubket.

    This return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Postage for returned items will be paid by the customer.

    14 days of receipt: Meaning 14 days from the day your package was delivered to you.

    Upon receipt of return item(s) Hubket will inspect all items to assure that the items are in good condition with all original packaging.

    Any item that may have been used / misused or seemed to have been tampered with intentionally, there will be no credit given for the item.

    Return shipments for Returns made, due to customer’s preferences will be the customer’s own responsibility and cost to ship the item(s) back

    All Returns that are due to the customer’s preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.

    The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used on the order: (Paypal, Credit Card).

    Refunds can take up to one or two billing cycles, this is beyond our control and should contact your financial institution for further info on time frames

    Shipping costs are Non- refundable.

    How to initiate a Return

    Contact Customer Service Department via email. You will be emailed an RMA# (Return Mailing Authorization #)

    and further instructions via email on returning the item(s).

    When contacting Customer Service please provide your phone number and contact as well as the order number and the item that you wish to have returned.

    This will assist in a speedier return process.

    LOST PACKAGE: If you believe your package is lost during transit, please contact us via phone or email immediately to resolve the issue.

    We will contact the shipping company to investigates the matter.

    WRONG ITEM: If you received an item in error please contact us immediately via phone or email so that we can rectify the matter.

    Please note that we may require an image of the wrong item that was sent to you.

    DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEM: If an item was damaged or was missing from your package, please contact us immediately (1-2 days upon receipt of package). Do not discard the package because we will need it in order to open a claim with the shipping company. We may require an image from you in order to verify your claim. Once an investigation is complete we will issue you a replacement or credit for the damaged or missing item. If we do not receive an email or call for a damaged or lost package, your credit or replacement may be refused.

    PLEASE NOTE: Every package that leaves our shipping department is double checked for 100% accuracy in packaging and shipping of that package.
